The GB Group is a 100% Canadian family run business founded in 2002 by Bryan VanderHoek. With locations in Kelowna and Vancouver, the GB group has grown from a small disposal company into an integrated waste management contractor servicing Western Canada.

Today, our staff consists of over 50 employees, 15 commercial vehicles, and 250+ bins. The GB group has grown over the years through strong relationships with major developers and general contractors in Canada. We pride ourselves on our history of being involved with some of Canada’s largest construction projects.

As a valued partner in the construction supply chain, the GB Group has built its internal operations to be lean, available and technology enabled. GB group has built a legacy of great work and strong relationships over the past 15+ Years. The GB Group is built for the future and looks to grow with its valuable partners, employees and suppliers for the years ahead. We take pride in hard work, passion in the respect we earn, and excitement in the realization we are changing the demolition and waste industries.

Tyler VanderHoek is now a key part of the business as the acting GM & Vice President. As the organization moves into the second generation, Tyler looks to lead the business forward with Bryan to bring innovation to the disposal industry.

GB Group specializes in disposal and environmental services for Western Canada’s construction industry. Our specialized experience working with general contractors and developers allows us to facilitate smooth, timely, and cost-effective waste disposal for projects of all sizes. One call does it all, from permits to personnel.

As an integrated company we provide pre-construction services, safety and hazard assessment, general labour, equipment, transport services and bin delivery and disposal.
